These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ticket Appeal Center website and services. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Ticket Appeal Center

Ticket Appeal Center provides a document preparation service that helps customers draft written appeal letters for parking tickets and certain traffic citations in the United States.

We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not represent customers before any authority or court.

2. Scope of Service

What we provide

  • Preparation of a custom written appeal letter
  • Wording based on the information you provide
  • General submission guidance where available

What we do NOT provide

  • Submission of appeals on your behalf
  • Legal advice or legal representation
  • Court filings or hearing attendance
  • Guarantees of ticket dismissal

You are solely responsible for reviewing, submitting, and following up on your appeal.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful
  • You will review the prepared letter before submitting it
  • You will submit the appeal within the applicable deadline
  • You understand that authorities make their own decisions

We are not responsible for outcomes affected by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Appeal outcomes are determined solely by the issuing authority.

We do not guarantee:

  • ticket cancellation
  • fine reduction
  • favorable responses
  • acceptance of any appeal

Our service improves clarity and presentation only.

5. Submission Instructions Disclaimer

In most cases, we provide submission instructions based on the information available on your ticket and the issuing authority’s published process.

Some authorities provide limited, unclear, or changing guidance. In such cases, we may provide general direction only. Final responsibility for correct submission remains with you.

6. Fees and Payments

  • All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise
  • Payment is required in advance
  • Fees cover custom document preparation

Once work has started, the service is considered delivered.

7. Refund Policy

Because our service involves custom work, refunds are generally not available once the appeal letter has been prepared.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of:

  • duplicate orders
  • technical errors
  • clear mistakes on our part

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact us to attempt resolution.

Submitting false or unjustified chargebacks after receiving the prepared document may result in:

  • account restriction
  • service refusal
  • dispute evidence being submitted to the payment processor

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Ticket Appeal Center, including templates, wording, and documents, is protected by copyright.

Prepared appeal letters are licensed for personal use only.
They may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially.
