I am writing to dispute the parking charge issued to my vehicle due to defects in the notice.

The notice was not delivered within a reasonable time after the alleged event and contains incorrect and incomplete information, including:

incorrect date or time of the alleged incident,

incorrect vehicle information,

unclear and inconsistent location details,

missing and contradictory instructions for payment and appeal.

Timely and accurate notice is essential to allow a recipient to review the allegation, preserve evidence, and respond appropriately. Where a notice is delayed or contains material errors, it is unfair and unreasonable to pursue a charge.

Additionally, any camera-based timestamps only reflect entry and exit times and do not, by themselves, establish a parking violation without accurate and complete supporting information.

For these reasons, I respectfully request that this parking charge be cancelled.

evidence of the original notice issue date,

proof of when and how the notice was sent, and

clarification of the appeal or dispute process available.
